writing about jazz, it is also necessary to do so on their natural habitat: the nightlife. In many of these groups were recruited function performs songs were varied and include standards jazz. Centers were short-lived and, given its lack of definition, a term derived something else or disappear. In others, the exceptions, the bands played only jazz tunes. Were preferred by intellectuals, the snobbery, the true fans, professional musicians, finally, for all those eager to escape the mediocrity of other nightclubs. Of these, given the large support given to the musicians, The Hundred Chairs, the Barcelino and Juan Sebastian Bar are the most memorable.
