Ingredients


pastry 400g


500g mascarpone cheese 100g caster sugar



100g ground almonds 2 large eggs beaten


(to taste) 100g

Procedure 1. Preheat oven to 160 º C. On a floured surface, stretch the dough until very thin and use it to line a mold. Cover with greaseproof paper and some beans, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove paper and beans and bake 5 minutes.

2. Beat the mascarpone cheese, sugar, almonds and eggs until well blended. add raspberries and chocolate, and mix with stirring motion. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook to the consistency and lightly browned. Turn off the oven and keep the door open so that the cake cools slowly. To be perfect, before cutting portions, refrigerate at least 1 hour.
