There is no place like Mexico to enjoy the best guacamole, a delicious 'mash' of Aztec origin which has the avocado as the main ingredient and often comes accompanied by so-called 'chips', these corn tortillas cut into triangle, toast and fried (like the nachos popular Tex-Mex). A dish that is presented as a more palatable alternative to the cocktail hour or paragraph of the starters from a menu.
The problem is that outside of Mexico is not always possible to with all the ingredients to make guacamole 'original' (the peppers, for example), so with the permission of the cooks in this country, then we show you a recipe inspired by the traditional guacamole and equally tasty.
• As ingredients you'll need: an avocado, a tomato, an onion, a small bunch of parsley, a small bunch of cilantro, 3 or 4 tablespoons olive oil, half a lemon, a few drops of Tabasco ®, salt and pepper.
• Cut the avocado into small dice (so will not rust, mix in a bowl with lemon juice and oil.
• Chop the onion, parsley and cilantro. Party small diced tomatoes and add everything to the bowl where the avocado.
• Add salt and pepper and sprinkle a few drops of Tabasco to taste (to return results more or less spicy) and mix well.
• If you take the time, paper cover with plastic wrap and reserve in refrigerator.
Remember that in addition to nachos, guacamole has different utilities: it is a 'mash' perfect for spreading a crudités, as an ingredient for a tasty sandwiches, in salads, to accompany some cooked seafood such as shrimp and prawns, etc
